What is something you want people to know about Afi Health?
Ooo this is a tough one. Okay, the most important thing that comes to mind is probably how amazing my team is. I am so fortunate to have so many passionate, intelligent people giving their time and energy to an organization that we have collectively built and grown as full-time students. To see where we started and where we’re at today is so exciting and it wouldn’t have been possible without everyone that is constantly driving Afi Health forward. So big shout out and thank you to the whole crew. Oh, and of course, #SpreadTheEd!

A newish favorite hobby of mine is rock climbing! It’s such a great physical challenge and it’s so rewarding when you figure out a new climb.

I would love to explore New Zealand.
What is something you want people to know about Afi Health?
Our first outreach party was really our first time gathering outside of meeting rooms and we really got a chance to develop our team’s close-knit community even further. Our team has always had each other’s back and in that moment, we got to solidify that feeling and celebrate our collective work towards our shared passion!

What is something you want people to know about Afi Health?
When we first started Afi Health, I was not used to drawing for children. I remember that I had to alter my early drawings to look much less creepy. An early design of Zozo the monkey seemed threatening, and a baby meant to be cute, looked like an old man. There was a lot of trial and error, but we eventually felt comfortable showing my illustrations to children.
