1. Information Collection and Use.

1.1 Collection.

While using the Service, there may be opportunities for you to provide us with Personal Information such as your full name, birthdate, email address, and additional contact information that you may be willing to provide us with. Information which cannot be used to identify you as an individual is “de-identified” or non-personal information.

We collect information, including Personal Information, in a variety of ways which may vary according to your use of the Service. This online activity may use "cookies" in order to deliver Web content specific to individual’s Web navigation interests or to keep track of online purchasing transactions. Personally identifiable information is not stored within cookies.

2. Disclosure of Collected Information.

Pedi-Ed will not disclose or share, without your consent, Personally Identifiable Information, except for certain explicit circumstances in which disclosure may be required by law. Your Personally Identifiable Information will not be distributed or sold to third-party organizations.

3. Updating or Deleting Personal Information.

4. Children’s Privacy

We endeavor to obtain a parent or legal guardian's consent before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information from children.

Pedi-Ed does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child(ren) has provided us with Personal Information, please alert us at info@pedi-ed.org. If we discover that a Child under 13 years of age has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.

5. Third Party Service Providers.

5.1 Service Providers.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

5.2 YouTube.

Pedi-Ed uses YouTube to display video content on the Service. YouTube incorporates tracking technologies, which may be present in the YouTube videos embedded on the Service, which may collect information from your browser when you view the video on the Service, including device identifiers and/or cookie IDs. This information is collected directly and automatically by YouTube and its partners, and Pedi-Ed does not participate in these data transmissions. Pedi-Ed does not provide any Personal Information to YouTube.

5.3 Fyrebox.

Pedi-Ed uses Fyrebox to provide quizzes to users regarding the content accessed through the Service. Fyrebox collects the information transmitted through the quiz and analyzes results from quizzes taken by users. Fyrebox may also collect information from your browser when you access the quizzes on the Service, including device identifiers and/or cookie IDs. Pedi-Ed does not provide any Personal Information to Fyrebox.

6. Security.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. Links to Other Sites.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. Some of these websites, such as the Pedi-Ed Facebook page, may be co-branded with our name or logo. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
